All skills examination applicants , ages 15-17 yrs who completed a Teen Driver Education program must complete the ITTD program and obtain proof of completion prior to taking the driving skills examination. The ITTD program shall be viewed after completion of Behind the Wheel driver education requirements and prior to taking the skills examination. The proof of completion must be provided to the Department or Third Party Skills Test (TPST) school prior to administration of the skills examination and no later than ninety (90) days after program completion.
